What’s most important to the fund? (our mission)
Our mandate is simple:
-
Protect capital first.
-
Deliver steady, consistent returns.
-
Scale only once discipline is proven.
If returns ever conflict with risk management, safety wins. No exceptions.

Do I have to be a Qualified Purchaser?
A Qualified Purchaser is a term defined by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to describe individuals or entities that meet higher financial thresholds and are therefore eligible to invest in certain private investment funds.
Generally, you may be considered a Qualified Purchaser if you meet one or more of the following criteria:
-
Individuals or family-owned entities that own at least $5 million in investments, excluding a primary residence
-
Trusts that were not formed for the specific purpose of investing and that own at least $5 million in investments
-
Entities (such as corporations, partnerships, LLCs, or pension plans) that own at least $25 million in investments
“Investments” may include stocks, bonds, mutual funds, ETFs, private investments, cash, and other financial assets, but generally do not include personal residences or property used for personal purposes.
Qualified Purchaser status is determined at the time of investment and must be verified prior to acceptance into the fund.
