Yes, I have a significant amount of my net worth in the fund. Our promise to investors is that our contribution will stay in the fund for the lifetime of the fund.

Vayssie Capital Partners is structured under a Regulation D 506(c) exemption and open exclusively to accredited investors. The fund operates through a Limited Partnership (LP) or LLC structure, with Vayssie Capital Management as the General Partner or Managing Member.
